Puerto 99 Mexican Cuisine renews the concept of authentic urban cooking at Bluewaters Island, Dubai — just steps from Ain Dubai by Meraas. Fresh seafood, slow-cooked meats, and a serious cocktail list, served in a room that turns into Dubai’s most relaxed Mexican party most weekends.

We stand out for our regional recipes, a raw bar built around what the boats land each morning, and an extensive variety of cocktails curated by our resident mixologists. Most evenings are paired with our resident DJ’s House Beats, and once a month the Mariachi of Mexico ensemble, fronted by Victor Mandujano, plays live.

The space

Terracotta walls, a long marble bar and a signature jaguar mural watching over every table. The room is small, on purpose — fewer than seventy covers — so that the kitchen keeps its standards and the bar team has time to get to know its regulars.
